Every home and every project is unique, so there isn’t one flat rate that fits everything. We’ll start with a free phone consultation, decide whether a paid site visit would be helpful, and then build the right level of organizing support for your space.

After the phone consultation—and a site visit when one is useful—I’ll outline the anticipated scope and give you my best estimate of the organizing time your project may require.
Because every home is different, this is an informed estimate rather than a fixed project price. If we discover that the scope or timing needs to change, I’ll talk with you before moving forward.
Flexible support
The right team for
the right project.
For larger or time-sensitive projects, an additional Calico organizer may join the team at $75 per hour. This gives you more flexibility around your timeline and helps us accomplish more while maintaining the same thoughtful, personalized approach.
01Products + supplies
Bins, baskets, labels, and other organizing products are billed at cost, with no markup. We’ll discuss product needs and obtain your approval before purchasing.
02Product sourcing
If you’d like Calico to research, purchase, pick up, or return products for you, that support may be billed separately and will be explained ahead of time.
03Donation + disposal
Calico can coordinate donation or disposal of unwanted items. Any outside service or disposal fees are billed separately, with your approval.
